Afternoon

Explore the Hermitage. Yes, you will need to devote a whole afternoon to this expansive place, showcasing everything from Faberge eggs and paintings, history and interior design.

Evening

Enjoy a night of ballet or opera at the Mariinskiy Theatre, famous for its Kirov Ballet. Afterwards indulge in a late night traditional Russian restaurant like the homely Katyusha Restaurant or Tavern Hlebnikov and feast on blini, herring, caviar and borscht accompanied by Vodka or sweetened fruit tea.
